Unit 202 is a one-bedroom unit on the second floor.

Amenities include air conditioning, TV/DVD phone, dishwasher, microwave, linens, cookware, and utensils.

**This same monthly rate is also available to Snowbirds 3 weeks prior Nov. 1, or 3 weeks after March 1, with extended visits (3 to 6 months).

Advance $300.00 Deposit REQUIRED on all condos, 60 days prior to arrival to confirm all reservations. Upon arrival this converts into a damage deposit and is refunded 10-14 days after departure provided the unit is reasonably clean, without damage, and all keys have been returned to the office. Visa and Master Card are accepted for deposits. Notice of cancellation must be received 30 days prior to reservation date to receive full refund of deposit.
